Guidelines

Expectations During Visits

To ensure a safe and productive environment for everyone, the following guidelines must be followed during all supervised visits.

All conversations must be age appropriate and supportive of the child's well-being.

Parents may not discuss the other parent, court details, or reasons for supervision during visits.

Weapons are strictly prohibited at all times.

No alcohol or substances that impair judgment are permitted.

The supervisor will not serve as a communication intermediary between parents.

The non-custodial parent must not engage in secretive communication with the child about the custodial parent.

These guidelines are in place to protect the safety and emotional well-being of all children involved. Failure to adhere to these expectations may result in the termination of the visit.
