About the Founder
Meet Michael Hall
With over 14 years in child welfare, Michael founded Hallway to Success to provide what he saw the system lacked: compassion, empathy, and genuine support for families who have made mistakes and deserve a second chance.
His strength-based, trauma-informed approach prioritizes child safety while maintaining professional, non-judgmental boundaries. Michael holds a BS in Human Development from Warner Pacific University and is a proud member of the Oregon Mediation Association.
